Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of JHCloud.ai cloud infrastructure, VPS, dedicated server, managed service, billing, support, and related services.

Orders and Provisioning

Orders are subject to availability, payment confirmation, fraud checks, and acceptable-use review. Provisioning timelines are estimates and may vary by location, provider, stock, verification, and configuration requirements.

Payments, Taxes, and Renewals

Published prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Taxes, including GST where enabled, are calculated at checkout or invoice generation. Services must be renewed before expiry to avoid suspension or termination.

Acceptable Use

Customers must not use services for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, malware, network attacks, copyright infringement, or activity that harms JHCloud.ai, upstream providers, or other users.

Suspension and Termination

JHCloud.ai may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, provider action, or material breach of these terms.

Liability

Services are provided on an infrastructure availability basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, JHCloud.ai is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages.

Support

Support is provided through account tickets and approved contact channels. Managed service work, migrations, and custom administration may require separate commercial terms.
